Production from German manufacture
cadocare main location in North Rhine-Westphalia
At the end of 2014 we moved into our new logistics and service center at our main location Übach-Palenberg (Heinsberg district, North Rhine-Westphalia). The overall area compasses about 3,200 m² with over 2,000 pallet spaces available. Fully automatic tube and doypack bag systems and up to 5 hand packing lines are constantly in use to pack the manufactured products, natural chews and commercial items professionally. Care and hygiene are highly valued. Our team is constantly trained and educated to stay up to date with new requirements. The modern, IT-supported logistics guarantee a complete traceability from A to Z. In order to be ideally prepared for the challenges of the future, a further expansion of the company headquarters in Übach-Palenberg is already planned.
cadocare German Manufacture in Emsland
Since 2017, our own manufactory in Meppen (district of Emsland, Lower Saxony) has enabled us to implement even more innovative and creative combinations of raw materials, with the highest quality ingredients and in food grade quality. A wide range of premium meat snacks, for example with selected herbs, seeds, vegetables and berries, are produced here. We now also produce vegetarian and vegan items or insect-based products. The natural and high-quality product range is constantly being expanded. The hand-checked and gently air-dried natural chews "old fashioned" round off the cadocare Manufaktur range.
This state-of-the-art production site supports us in our task of passionately producing healthy and species-appropriate pet food - for the benefit of both animals and humans.
cadocare main location
in North Rhine-Westphalia
We moved into our new logistics and service center at the main location in Übach-Palenberg (Heinsberg district, North Rhine-Westphalia) at the end of 2014. Fully automatic tubular and Doypack bag lines as well as up to approx. 5 manual packing lines are constantly in use to carry out professional packing of the manufactured products, the natural chewing and commercial articles. The modern, EDP-supported logistics guarantees a complete traceability from A-Z. In order to be optimally prepared for the challenges of the future, a further expansion of the company headquarters in Übach-Palenberg is already being planned.

cadocare quality management
Our internal cadocare quality management seamlessly accompanies the production and processing process. We draw on many years of experience and implement your requirements for high-quality pet food production.
From the selection and qualification of suppliers to the inspection of incoming raw materials, our products pass through a variety of quality stages. The production processes are adapted to the food standard according to IFS FOOD. This contributes to a flawless and special quality of the products. All our products, raw materials and finished products are kept in cold storage for you.
A responsible use of natural resources, the reduction of waste and a production under ecological aspects are also part of the flawless production process. As a Sedex member, we have voluntarily imposed the "Code of Conduct" on ourselves. This code of conduct shapes all our economic activities in a global context.

Metal detectors, detailed documentations and controls accompany the pro-cess from A to Z. The manufacturing processes follows the rules of IFS FOOD. cadocare quality management is based on many years of experience and fulfills all requirements for high-quality pet food production.
All these arrangements contribute to a flawless and special quality of the products. The whole product range - no matter if raw materials or finished products - are kept in a cold storage for you. An integral part of our production also includes a sustainable, responsible use of natural resources, the reduction of waste and pro-duction from an ecological point of view.
