Terms of delivery & payment

General information on shipping:

We usually ship with DPD standard shipping
(but we reserve the right to ship with other service providers).

Shipping costs: €5.50
Free shipping for orders over €20.00 within Germany.

Parcels are only shipped within Germany. Please inquire about shipping costs for German islands and Europe.



Please ensure acceptance of the delivery personally or
by means of a drop-off authorization. Tell the
parcel service manager a neighbor or a safe place to drop off your parcel that is not
visible.
Please always provide your e-mail address,
so we can always inform you about the progress of your shipment
.

Special instructions for shipping abroad:

Deliveries abroad may be subject to customs duties, taxes and charges which are not included in the total price shown.

Payment methods:

• PayPal (credit card, direct debit, bank transfer)
  If you select this payment method, you will be redirected to PayPal in the next step. When the required data has been entered there, it automatically goes back to this shop to complete the order.
• Against prepayment
  You have selected the payment method "Prepayment".
  Please enter your name and the order/invoice number. The delivery time of 2-4 working days begins after receipt of payment.
