Cancellation policy
If the buyer is a consumer, they are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions.
Right of Withdrawal:
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail, fax, or email) regarding your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form provided in § 9 of these Terms and Conditions, though this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, without delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will we charge you any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. This does not apply if, as an exception, we have offered to pick up the goods.
You must return or hand over the goods to Cadocare GmbH, Boschstr. 22, 52531 Übach-Palenberg, without delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires. However, you are not obligated to return the goods received if we have, as an exception, offered to pick up the goods.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods by mail up to a maximum amount of EUR 40.00. We will cover any costs exceeding this amount. If the goods are of such a nature that they cannot be sent by mail, we will pick up the goods at our own expense.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to handling of the goods that is not necessary for the examination of their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
